Milford Joseph A. Bobo Iadarola, 75, of Milford died Monday, January 14, 2013 in the Blaire House of Milford. He was the husband of Cynthia (Mason) Gotham Iadarola.
Mr. Iadarola was employed for 30 years for the former Comm Gas Co. in Southborough, retiring in 1991.
A lifelong resident of Milford, he was born March 20, 1937 in Milford, son of the late Anthony and Josephine (Lancia) Iadarola. He was a graduate of Milford High School, Class of 1955.
Mr. Iadarola served in the U.S. Navy with the Seabees.
Mr. & Mrs. Iadarola observed their 24th wedding anniversary on July 9, 2012.
He was a longtime member of the Community Bible Chapel in Hopedale. He loved jazz music, reading his bible, and his bride.
In addition to his wife Cynthia, he is survived by a daughter Gina and her husband Fergus Stephens of Port St. Lucie, FL; a step-son Richard and his wife Kara Gotham of Medfield; two step-daughters, Kristy and her husband Daniel Flynn of Woodstock, CT and Susan and her husband Chris Hildreth of Westford, MA; a sister Anna Iacovelli of Milford; 11 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Francis Iadarola and Nicholas Iadarola.
Funeral services will be held Sat., Jan. 19, 2013 at 11 AM in the BUMA-SARGEANT FUNERAL HOME, 42 Congress St., Milford.
Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Medway Rd. (Rte. 109), Milford.
Visiting hours will be Saturday from 10 11 AM, prior to the service in the funeral home.
