Neal P. Adams
Whitinsville - Neal P. Adams, 26, of Spring St. died Thurs. March 4, 2010 in Whitinsville as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Mr. Adams had been employed at the Evergreen Care Center in Northbridge for the past two years. He was a drummer in several local bands and was the drummer for the former Treadwater Band.
Neal was born Dec. 6, 1983 in Milford, the son of Philip N. Adams and Rhonda S. (Nyenhuis) Adams, both of Whitinsville. He lived most of his life in Whitinsville and was a graduate of the Whitinsville Christian School, Class of 2002. Neal was a member of the Whitin Community Center where he enjoyed lifting weights. As a member of the Congregational Church of Hopkinton, he went on a mission trip to Spain.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Joanna M. Adams of E. Lansing, MI., his paternal grandparents, John P. and Jean E. (Ewen) Adams of Uxbridge, his maternal grandmother, Grace G. (Jongsma) Nyenhuis of Whitinsville and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Thurs. March 11, 2010 at 10 AM in the Fairlawn Christian Reformed Church, 305 Goldthwaite Rd., Whitinsville.
Burial will follow in Riverdale Cemetery, Providence Rd., (Rt. 122) Northbridge.
Visiting hours will be Wed. March 10, 2010 from 5-8 PM in the BUMA FUNERAL HOME, 480 Church St. Whitinsville, MA 01588.
